Ogrrr
Ogres are not known for their picky eating habits, and often consume their victims whole. Sometimes even uncooked. The first ogrrr was the result of an unfortunate consequence of this behavior. If an ogre makes a meal of a werewolf, the lycanthropic curse can mutate, infecting the ogre with a variant strain that drastically increases their size and makes them unable to suppress the wolf within. Only able to transform from their now true hybrid form to their enormous wolf form, an ogrrr is fundamentally distanced from its kin.
Ogrrrs also develop an unending hunger as a result of their transformation, and can eat for days on end before feeling even a modicum of satisfaction. Already tough as nails, an ogrrr with ample food is nigh unkillable.
Pack Leaders. Like the patriarch or matriarch of a wolf pack, an ogrrr demands respect from all but its most fearsome allies. They typically function as de facto leader via the rule of might making right, and anyone fool enough to challenge their dominance is quickly disabused of its ambitions. Groups of ogres, trolls, and even proper giants answer to their call, an echoing howl that travels for miles.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The ogrrr has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Actions
Multiattack. The ogrrr can use its Feast. It then makes two attacks with its Bite. It can replace one of these attacks with a use of its Claws or Greatclub.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.
Claws (Giant Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (6d4 + 7) slashing damage.
Greatclub (Giant Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage, and if the target is a creature it must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and pushed up to 10 feet away from the ogrrr.
Feast. The ogrrr rapidly consumes the corpse of a Medium or Small creature within 5 feet of it, regaining 10 hit points for a Medium corpse, or 5 hit points if it was Small.
Bonus Actions
Shapechanger. The ogrrr transforms into a wolf, or back into its true form. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
