Epic Boon of Familiar Summoning

You learn the Find Familiar spell if you don't already know it. The familiar you summon can be up to CR 5.
Alternatively, you gain multiple familiars whose combined CR is not higher than 5.
Epic Boon of Greater Vision

Repeatable: No
You gain Blindsight, Darkvision, Tremorsense, and Truevision for a range of 60 ft. If you already have any of these senses, their range is increased by 60 feet instead.
Epic Boon of Helping
20th-Level Feat
Prerequisite: Expert or Priest group
Repeatable: No
You can take the help action as a bonus action. Further, when you take the help action you can target creatures within 30 feet. Additionally, you can target up to 3 creatures instead of the usual 1 when you help someone.
If you already can target creatures at a distance greater than 5 feet, you gain the ability to do so at an additional 30 feet.
Epic Boon of Immunity

Prerequisite: None
Repeatable: Yes, but you must choose a different Damage Type each time
Choose one of the following Damage Types: Acid, Cold, Fire, Necrotic, Poison, Lightning, or Thunder. You gain damage immunity to the selected Damage Type.
Epic Boon of Legendary Action
20th-Level Feat
Prerequisite: None
Repeatable: Yes
You gain the ability to use legendary actions. You have 1 legendary action for every time that you take this feat.
You can use 1 legendary action to make 1 melee or ranged attack, take the dodge action, or disengage (granting you the ability to move up to half your movement speed as well).
Additionally, you can use your legendary action to cast a cantrip. After you used a cantrip as a legendary action, you cannot do so again until it is recharged by rolling a 5 or 6 on a d6 at the start of your turn. If you fail to recharge your cantrip, you can still cast cantrips as part of your turn but not as part of your legendary action.
If you have taken this feat multiple times you can take multiple legendary actions. Alternatively, you can spend 2 actions to cast a spell of 1st level, or at any other level by spending a number of legendary actions equal to 1 plus the spell level.
Epic Boon of Metamagic

Repeatable: Yes, but you must choose a different Metamagic Option each time
You can use the selected Metamagic Option without any cost to any spells you cast.
Epic Boon of Origin Story

Epic Boon of Size

Repeatable: No
You are permenantly under the effect of Enlarge/Reduce, and can switch between normal size, enlarged size, and reduced size as a bonus action. For all intents and purposes, this functions as a class feature and not a spell.
Epic Boon of Vitality

Prerequisite: Warrior or Priest Group
Repeatable: No
When you are not poisoned, unconscious, or exhausted, you regain a number of hit points equal to your Constitution modifier at the start of each of your turns.
