Path of Boundless Anger

Barbarians are known for their deadly rage, it is a key factor that makes them as deadly as they are. However there are some barbarians that know only fury, their unfettered rage becoming unleashed against everyone around them.

Unshackled Rage

At 3rd level you reach a form of anger few can achieve. As an action that provokes while raging you may gain 1 rage level. Rage levels are lost upon your rage being ended and if you have any amount of rage levels when your rage involuntarily ends then you gain 1 rank of exhaustion.

Rage levels are listed at the bottom of the class, you if gain more rage levels than your proficiency bonus then you must make a Intelligence saving throw each round or else end your rage and gain 1 rank of exhaustion.

Unshackled Rage DC = 10 + total Rage Level

Karmic Anger

At 6th level when a creature makes an attack against you, you may use your reaction to allow the creature to make the attack with advantage, if you take damage from the attack then you gain 1 additional rage level.

Anger Management

At 10th you may temper your fury in exchange for a brief reprieve, as a bonus action lose 1 Rage level and regain a number of HP equal to your Rage damage modifier

Avenger's Surge

At 14th level if an allied creature that you can see falls below 0 hit points while you are raging you may use your reaction to increase your rage level to 10 for 1d4+1 rounds, this effect ends if your ally is no longer below 0 hit points, you may do this once per rage.

Rage Level Bonus
1 Add a bonus on rolls you have advantage on equal to your rage level.
2 Deal an additional 1d4 weapon damage per 2 rage levels.
3 Ignore the effects of Exhaustion while raging, the effects of these are suspended until the end of the rage.
4 Gain advantage on an additional saving throw and type of check that is NOT intelligence.
5 If you have two different forms of advantage on a single roll you may treat a roll of 9 or lower as if you had naturally rolled a 10.
6 Reduce all damage by a number equal to your rage level, apply this bonus before resistance.
7 Gain temporary hit points at the start of each round equal to your Rage level.
8 Critically score a hit on a 18-20.
9 Deal 1d6 instead of 1d4 with your 2nd rage level power.
10 Deal double damage on weapon damage rolls, only doubling the damage dealt with the weapon itself before adding your modifiers.
