Feydream

The Feydream is a mystical and enchanted place where magic is in the very air and fey dream beasts roam free. In this realm, spells slots are unlimited, and the boundaries between the mortal world and the Feywild are thin.

The Feydream Beasts

The Feydream is home to a variety of creatures known as fey dream beasts. These creatures are humanoid in appearance, but possess a range of magical abilities and powers. Some are benevolent, while others are malevolent. All are capable of casting spells, and their magic is potent and wild.

The Magical Landscape

The Feydream is a land of vibrant colors and surreal landscapes. Tall trees with leaves of every hue stretch towards the sky, and sparkling streams and crystal clear lakes dot the landscape. The air is filled with the sound of magical creatures singing and the soft glow of magic.

How to Access the Feydream

Access to the Feydream is rare and difficult. Only those with great magical power or a special connection to the Feywild can enter this realm. Druids can access the Feydream by intentionally meditating in their sleep (Wisdom:15). Once inside, travelers must be careful, for the Feydream is a land of constant change and danger lurks around every corner.

  • Unlimited spell slots: In the Feydream, spellcasters do not need to worry about expending their spell slots, as they are able to cast spells without limit.

  • Magic everywhere: The Feydream is saturated with magical energy, making it easy for spellcasters to access and manipulate the magical forces that permeate the land.

Items

Feydream Stones: These small, gem-like stones are imbued with powerful magic and can grant their wielder a variety of magical abilities. Some common feydream stones include the Faerie Fire stone, which allows the user to cast the faerie fire spell at will, and the Blink stone, which allows the user to teleport short distances.


Faerie Fire stone

Wondrous item, uncommon

This small, gem-like stone is imbued with powerful magic and grants its wielder the ability to cast the faerie fire spell at will, but only once per day. To use the stone, the wielder must spend an action to activate it. The stone glows with a soft, blue light and has a whimsical, fey-like design etched into its surface. When held, the stone feels warm to the touch and allows its user to see in the dark.



Feydream Potions: Fey potions are highly sought after by travelers in the Feydream for their ability to grant temporary magical abilities. Some common feydream potions include the Invisibility potion, which grants the user the ability to become invisible for a short period of time, and the Polymorph potion, which allows the user to transform into any creature they choose.


Invisibility potion

Potion, uncommon

This potion is a swirling, silver-blue liquid that grants its drinker the ability to become invisible for a short period of time. Once drunk, the potion takes effect immediately and lasts for 1 hour. While invisible, the drinker is still able to interact with the world around them, but they cannot be seen by other creatures. However, if the drinker casts a spell or attacks, the invisibility will be broken.


Wildshape potion

Potion, uncommon

This potion is a shimmering, rainbow-colored liquid that allows its drinker to transform into any creature they choose. Once drunk, the potion takes effect immediately and lasts for 1 hour. The drinker can choose to transform into any creature of their choosing, including creatures of a different size or type. While transformed, the drinker retains their own personality and alignment, but gains the abilities and traits of the chosen creature.

Feydream Weapons: Feydream weapons are imbued with powerful magic and are highly sought after by warriors and adventurers in the Feydream. Some common feydream weapons include the Feyblade, a sword that is able to shift between different elemental forms, and the Feybow, a bow that can shoot magical arrows that have special abilities, such as setting enemies on fire or freezing them in place.


Feyblade

Weapon (dagger), uncommon

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

This elegant dagger is imbued with powerful magic and is able to shift between different elemental forms. As an action, the wielder can choose to change the element of the Feyblade, allowing it to deal different types of damage. The Feyblade can be changed to deal fire, cold, lightning, or acid damage.


Feybow

Weapon (shortbow), uncommon

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

This beautiful shortbow is imbued with powerful magic and can shoot magical arrows that have special abilities. As an action, the wielder can choose to imbue an arrow with the sleep spell. The Feybow can shoot a maximum of 3 imbued arrows per day.

Denizens

The denizens of the Feydream are known as fey dream beasts, which are beings that are part human and part animal, and feydream elementals. Feydream beasts are deeply connected to the magic of the Feydream, and are known to play tricks on travelers and adventurers who enter their realm. Feydream elementals are indifferent to travelers.

Lightning Bolt : The Sylph can cast the lightning bolt spell as a 3rd-level spell once per day.

Actions

Multiattack : The Sylph makes two attacks: one with its claws and one with its wind blast.

Claws : Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Wind Blast : Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from the Sylph.
