Mark

3rd-level Street Urchin feature
A street urchin gains the ability to measure a creature’s capabilities with a look, sizing him up as a potential target for cons, robbery, or combat. The street urchin must spend a bonus action observing a target, the street urchin learns either target’s class, level, or one of it's ability modifiers.

Observing someone in this manner also designates that person as the street urchin’s mark, granting the street urchin a number of bonuses against them. A street urchin gains a advantage on Perception, Deception, Sleight of Hand, and Stealth checks made against his mark. The target of the mark also always meets the criteria for the sneak attack feature.

A street urchin must keep his attention focused on his mark, and suffers a -2 penalty to his AC except against attacks made by his mark where the street urchin gains +2 to its AC, and also suffers disadvantage on to Perception checks made against anyone but his mark. Once a street urchin has designated a mark, he must maintain that creature as his mark each round with a free action.

You can mark a creature number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short rest. If you have no uses of this feature remaining, you can expend an Exploit Die to Mark a creature again. You can only have one creature marked at the same time.
