Fighter - Martial Archetype - Shovel Knight

For Shovelry!#

Sharpen thy Shovel

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Shovels, they count as a Battleaxe for the purpose of statistics for you.

Shovel Pogo

At 3rd level, you'd think being a Shovel knight you wouldn't be so airborne, but... when you jump above a Creature or Object, you can make a melee attack with your shovel against that Creature or Object to Pogo, on a hit, you bounce 5 ft into the air then continue moving in the horizontal direction you were traveling as if you made a running jump from your Pogo position, Pogo movement does not provoke attack of oppertunity from Creatures you strike. Additionally, when calculating your jump height and distance, increase the total by your proficiency modifier in feet. (You can chain Pogos if you have extra attack, hilarious)

Treasure Finder

At 7th level, you have a nose for Treasure, you are proficient with Investigation checks and may cast Detect Magic a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per day using this feature.

Strike the Earth

At 10th level, after using Shovel Pogo, you may use your bonus action upon landing to send a line of shaking earth across the floor so long as the earth is loose enough to be moved, all Creatures in a 10ft line originating from you must make a Dexterity saving throw against 8 + your Proficiency modifier + your Strength modifier, suffering 2d6 bludgeoning damage on a failure and no damage on a success.

Dig In

At 15th level, you gain a burrowing speed of 5ft while wielding a shovel. Additionally, you learn the Mold Earth Cantrip, Wisdom is you ability for this spell, its range is 5ft for you and you must be wielding a shovel to cast it.

Troupple Chalice
