While wearing this armor, the wearer gains the following benefits:

+3 bonus to their Charisma score.

Whenever you make an Charisma (Persuasion) check that lets you add your proficiency bonus, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
The Crown has charges equal to the level of the character for the following properties. The crown regains all expended charges after the wearer honores Galt in one of his temples.

(1 Charge) The wearer can use his action to cast the Command spell without expending a spell slot. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.

(2 Charges) The wearer can use his action to cast the Crown of Radiance spell without expending a spell slot.

(3 Charges) The wearer can use a bonus action to emit an aura within 50 feet of them that instills a sense of awe and respect in those around the wearer a number of time equal to his Charisma modifier between long rests. Hostile creatures that fail a Charisma saving throw of DC 12 + Charisma modifier + proficiency bonus are stunned and cannot take actions or reactions until the start of your next turn. Friendly creatures within the aura gain advantage on their next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
When attuned to three other Emperor's Artifacts the character can attune to this item without an attunement slot.
DM-Note
If the character wearing this accomplishes history changing deeds the artifact acknowledge the wearer as the chosen wielder of the Emperors Artifacts. This item becomes Exalted Emperor's Artifact - Galt's Radiant Crown.
