Awakened Emperor's Artifact - Maligant's Mighty Sword

An epic sword forged out of a golden-like hard metal, with intricate ornaments adorning the blade. The blade is made of two pieces twisted within another, creating an unparalleled weapon of power and beauty. It pulses with an otherworldly energy.
While wearing this sword, the wearer gains the following benefits:

+2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, which deals radiant damage instead of slashing damage.

+1 bonus to their Strength score.

The wearer can use his action to cast the Holy Word spell at will. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
The sword has charges equal to the level of the character for the following properties. The sword regains all expended charges after the wearer honores Maligant in one of his temples.

(1 Charge) When using the Attack Action the wearer can make one additional attack as part of this action. This can only used twice in one turn.

(2 Charges) The wearer can use his action to cast the Enlarge/Reduce spell. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

(3 Charges) The wearer can use his action to release destructive radiant energy from the sword. When you this property, each creature in a 40ft. cone in front of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. The DC for this saving throw is 16. A creature takes 5d12 radiant damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one.
When attuned to three other Emperor's Artifacts the character can attune to this item without an attunement slot.

If the character wearing this accomplishes great deeds the artifact awakens and will test the worth of the wearer. This item becomes Exalted Emperor's Artifact - Maligant's Mighty Sword.
