Incredible Lungs. Masira can hold his breath for one hour. When underwater, he can use his action to create bubbles of air using what he is currently holding in his own lungs. These bubbles can hold enough air for ten minutes of air divided among any creatures within the bubble.

Havoc Sonar. Shoujou lets out a sonic scream. All creatures within 30 feet of him must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 11 (2d10) thunder damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. This ability increases its range by 10 feet if Shoujou used this ability on his last turn, maximizing at 100 feet.

Monkey Lunge. Shoujou moves up to his movement speed without invoking opportunity attacks and makes one Monkey Punch attack against one creature.
