While wearing this sword, the wearer gains the following benefits:

- +1 bonus to their Wisdom score, plus an additional +1 bonus to Wisdom for every other Emperor's Artifact they are attuned to. Additionally, the wearer can raise their Wisdom score beyond 20 up to a maximum of 24 while attuned to this item.

- +1 bonus to their Intelligence score, plus an additional +1 bonus to Intelligence for every other Emperor's Artifact they are attuned to. Additionally, the wearer can raise their Intelligence score beyond 20 up to a maximum of 24 while attuned to this item.

- This item can be used as spellcasting focus for every class.

The orb has charges equal to the level of the character for the following properties. The orb regains all expended charges after the wearer honores Ulmyr in one of his temples.

- (1 Charge) The wearer can cast the *Detect Thoughts* spell. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for this spell.

- (1 Charge) For the next 10 minutes the wearer has true sight within a range of 100ft.

- (2 Charges) The wearer can use an action to cast the Scrying spell without needing a focus or material components.

- (2 Charges) When hit by an attack or forced to make a saving throw, the wearer can use his reaction to switch the position with another creature within 60ft. of him, making the creature the new target of the attack or saving throw. If the creature is not willing to switch it has to succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw.

- (5 Charges) When the wearer is forced to make a saving throw, he can use his reaction to automatically succeed the saving throw.

**When the character is attuned to all four Exalted Emperor's Artifacts:**

* (8 Charge) The holder gains the ability to travel instantly, with a number of friendly creatures equal to his proficiency modifier withing 30ft. of him to any location they have previously scryed upon, as if using the Teleport spell.

#### When attuned to three other Emperor's Artifacts the character can attune to this item without an attunement slot.
