Voltaic Form: Storming Bolt
You become more proficient at attacking at great speeds, using your momentum to strike like a thunderbolt.
Prerequisites:
Character must be 10th level or higher, A Sword Saint's "Focus" Class Feature, The "Lightning God's Style" feat.
Benefits:
Whenever making a Charge Attack while in Lightning God's Style, you gain a additional +2 to your To-Hit for each multiplier your charge speed exceeds the normal amount.
Example:
(If you have a 3x Charge speed you deal +4 To-Hit at the end of your Charge and a +6 To-Hit if you have a x4 Charge speed and so on and so forth.)
Normal:
you gain a +2 to To-Hit at the end of your Charge.
Special:
This feat can only be used while in Focus and using the Lightning God's Style.
