It is cursed to great affect but it can have a profound affect on the wielder if it deems them worthy. This weapon chooses someone to attune to, when you are not attuned you subtract double your proficiency bonus from attacks made with the weapon. ### Blood and Steel This weapon deals slashing damage. It also has a cursed modifier which is equal to (12 - your dexterity modifier - your proficiency bonus) The weapon has the following effects: * Attack rolls made with this weapon are reduced by the cursed modifier. * This weapon ignores resistances and immunities to slashing damage. * When attacking a creature with vulnerability to necrotic damage, this weapon deals double damage. * The damage of this weapon is increased by twice your proficiency bonus. * When you score a critical hit with this weapon, it deals 1d4 additional damage against the target it crit for the next 24 hours. * Critical failures with this weapon cause the attack rolls to be reduced by 1 until your next long rest.
