Bard: College of the Keeper

In bustling inns and lively taverns, the bards of the College of the Keeper shine. Born from the world of hospitality, they wield cook's utensils and brewer's supplies as extensions of their magic. These bards craft culinary delights and magical elixirs, turning every meal into a feast and every drink into a potion of vitality. With a knack for diplomacy, they defuse tension and navigate social landscapes with ease. The College of the Keeper celebrates the joy of life, forging bonds one plate and tankard at a time.

Culinary Spellcaster

Starting at 3rd level, when you join the College of the Keeper, you gain proficiency with cook's utensils and brewer's supplies, representing your expertise in crafting food and drinks.

Additionally, you can use your cook's utensils and brewer's supplies as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.

Barroom Diplomat

Also at 3rd level, your time spent dealing with patrons from all walks of life has sharpened your diplomatic skills. When you cast an Enchantment spell that ends with the creature knowing it was charmed by you, you can expend a Bardic Inspiration die to attempt to have the charmed creature forget the charm. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC. On a failed save, the creature doesn't realize it was charmed by you, and its attitude remains friendly. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.

Additionally, when you make a Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Deception) check in a social interaction, you can roll a Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to your check result.

Culinary Concoction

At 6th level, your knowledge of crafting culinary delights takes on a magical aspect. You can create a special concoction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of 1) per long rest. This concoction can be either a gourmet dish or a unique beverage. When consumed, it grants temporary hit points equal to the result rolled on one of your Bardic Inspiration die plus your Charisma modifier and also grants the one who partakes in it a use of your Bardic Inspiration. The effects of this culinary concoction last for 1 hour.

Keeper's Sanctuary

At 14th level, you have mastered the art of creating a comfortable living space. By taking 10 minutes, you can transform a 30-foot radius area into a comfortable and hospitable space, granting creatures of your choice that enter it the effects of a short rest. Creatures can only benefit from this effect once, and the space remains this way for up to 4 hours. Creatures that regain hit points by spending Hit Dice in this area are granted additional hit points equal to your Song of Rest die.
