Agonizing Blast
Additional 2nd level warlock feature.
When you cast a cantrip that deals damage, you can add your Charisma modifier (minimum of +1) to one of its damage rolls. This does not affect the damage of weapons created or enhanced by cantrips.
Eldritch Blast
Additional 5th level warlock feature.
Your occult studies have taught you how to multiply the caustic forces of your most fundamental spells. You qualify for any feature that requires you to know eldritch blast, and any feature that applies to eldritch blast applies to a cantrip you cast that requires a spell attack.
When you cast a damaging cantrip as an action that requires a spell attack or that forces a single creature to make a saving throw, you can choose to forgo one of its additional damage dice earned at higher levels to create an additional blast by making an additional attack or targetting an additional creature within range with the same cantrip. You cannot reduce a cantrip’s damage dice below 1 die. The damage of the additional blast is rolled independently and does not scale from your current level.
You can sacrifice up to two dice at 11th level (3 blasts), and up to three dice at 17th level (4 blasts).
Tormentor's Blast
Additional 9th level warlock feature.
When you cast a cantrip as an action that can benefit from your Eldritch Blast feature, you gain the ability to deal your Agonizing Blast damage a number of times equal to the number of blasts you can make, which can be spent as follows:
- You add your Agonizing Blast damage once to a blast damage roll.
- You add the remaining Agonizing Blast damage to a damage roll against a single creature that failed its save against your cantrip.
New and Edited Invocations
- Removed Bewitching Whispers, Dreadful Word, Mire the Mind, Sign of Ill Omen, Thief of Five Fates (added to spell-list);
- Removed Improved Pact Weapon (brought into pact);
- Removed Agonizing Blast, Grasp of Hadar, Lance of Lethargy (unique cantrips can apply these effects)
Arcanaloth's Repertoire
Prerequisite: 5th level
You learn two additional spells of your choice from the Warlock spell list, which must be of a level no higher than what's shown in the warlock table’s Slot Level column for your level.
When you finish a long rest, you can replace one of the spells you learned from this invocation with another from the warlock spell list, which also must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
You can select this invocation additional times. Each time you do so, you only learn one additional spell.
Eldritch Spear
Prerequisite: 9th level
When you cast a cantrip that requires a ranged spell attack, the range of the attack is doubled. Additionally, being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged spell attack rolls.
Girdle of the Ancients
Prerequisite: Pact of the Blade
Over the course of an hour, you can perform a ritual while touching a suit of armor that isn’t being worn or carried by anyone. You can perform this ritual over the course of a short rest. At the end of the ritual, you don the armor, provided you aren’t wearing armor already. You are proficient with this suit of armor until it’s removed.
Pact Boon Additions
Pact of the Blade
You can use any weapon you summon with your Pact of the Blade feature as a spellcasting focus for your warlock spells. Additionally, the weapon you conjure can be a shortbow, longbow, light crossbow, or heavy crossbow.
At 5th level, when you sacrifice at least one damage die of a cantrip using your Eldritch Blast feature, you can make one attack with your pact weapon as a blast, in place of one of the additional attacks or targets. Additionally, if you are holding a melee pact weapon, you can treat ranged spell attacks you make with a cantrip as melee spell attacks if their target is within your reach with that weapon.
Pact of the Tome
When you gain a level in this class, you can entreat your patron and replace one of the cantrips in your Book of Shadows with another from any class’s spell list.
At 20th level, when you finish a long rest, you can replace any number of the cantrips in your Book of Shadows with those from any class’s spell list.
