Flashstep Rogue

Crawling, walking, running, almost everyone goes through these 3 steps during childhood, however some people don't see running as the last step, rather they choose to push through, and work towards new heights, and reach a higher form of movement, the flashstep. The flashstep is a single burst of speed so quick it becomes teleportation, one so effective that it becomes an art.

Flashstep

Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to seemingly teleport by putting all your speed into a single step. As a bonus action you spend any amount of your walking speed and teleport by that distance to an unoccupied space that you can see.

You may take your attack action at the same time as using Flashstep and when you do so you attack as if you are in any space of your choice along the line you moved, and all the damage from that attack action is converted to force damage.

You can flashstep a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish short rest a long rest.

Rapid Movement

Also at 3rd level, your quick instincts allow you to always be ready whenever danger arises. You can add your proficiency bonus to your initiative rolls, and when you dash you can move an additional distance equal to 5 feet times your proficiency bonus on your turn (this movement is not doubled by the dash).

Hyper Reflexes

At 9th level, your speed and reflexes allow you to dodge out of the way of most hazards before they even take place.

As a reaction when you are subjected to any saving throw from something that affects an area you can instead choose to make a Dexterity saving throw against the same DC. If you pass the Dexterity save you can move out of the area of effect to a space of your choice that is 5 feet from the edge of the effect and no further than your walking speed and avoid the effect completely. If you can not move out of the.

You do not benefit from Evasion against a failed Dexterity throw with this feature if the original save was not also a Dexterity saving throw.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Swiftstride

At 13th level, both your bursts of speed and your normal movement get even faster, Your walking speed increases by 10 feet and when you use flashstep you can choose to teleport up to 20 feet without spending your movement.

Blitz

By 17th level, speed becomes a second nature to you and you become able move in bursts of speed without exerting yourself. Once per turn you can choose to use flashstep without using your bonus action or spending a use of the feature.

In addition, you can use the Hyper Reflexes feature twice per long rest and regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
