Bard
College of Fortune
Bards from the College of Fortune are able to psychic mediums, able to peer into the future. They will often sell their talents at carnivals and festivals, reveals to people their destinies for coin. Their acute powers of divination make them strongly sought after scouts for adventuring parties, able to point out hidden traps and discover secret treasures.
Tarot Reading
Starting at 3rd level, you can spend 1 minute performing a ritual to magically imbue a deck of cards with the ability to reveal your fortune. After the ritual is complete, draw 1 card from it and roll 1d20 to determine which Tarot card you draw from the chart below. You cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest. As an action while holding the Tarot card, you can cast one of the two spells corresponding to the card at its lowest level without expending a spell slot or material components, ending the magic on the Tarot card in the process. After 24 hours of being drawn the magic in a Tarot cards fades, and it returns to being a normal card. At 6th level, you can draw 2 Tarot cards as part of the ritual. At 14th level you can draw 3.
If one of the corresponding spells is of a higher spell level than your highest spell slot, that half of the Tarot card appears burnt and that spell cannot be cast with this feature. If both spells cannot be cast, the card drawn is The Fool tarot card instead. If two of the same Tarot cards are drawn, except the fool card, the second card is The World card instead. If all three cards drawn are the same, the third card is the Wild card, a blank card that can be used to cast any spell on the table at 9th level. The magic in the Wild card does not fade away until used to cast a spell.
Fortune Shuffle
At 3rd level, as a bonus action, you can spend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to return one or more Tarot cards drawn with the Tarot Reading feature back into a deck of cards, and draw the same number of Tarot cards from the deck as if from using the Tarot Reading feature, rolling 1d20 to determine each new card from the table below.
Glimpse the Future
Beginning at 6th level, you've awakened to your gift of future sight. As a bonus action, you can target a creature within 60 feet of you and roll a d20. Use the result for the next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw that creature makes before the start of your next turn.
Eyes of the World
When you reach 14th level, your long travels have taught you how to see things as they truly are. You have truesight out to a range of 30 feet, and can learn the alignment of a creature after interacting with them for 1 minute.
