Wisteria Hringdottier "Ambiance"
- While it is new to Wisteria, the name Hringdottier inspires dread in the hearts of those who make their homes on the coast or sail Kazia’s seas. Var Hringdottier is one of the most vicious and accomplished Reavers that has ever set sail under Taua’s banner. Var and his raiders have stolen nearly unfathomable amounts of wealth & the seas are filled with the blood of their victims. Many wonder why Wisteria chose to renounce her Abe surname & adopt the bloodied name Hringdottier.
- Gossipers across Kazia have spoken of the fall of Wisteria & Tamono of Mokolin. Though the stories differ depending on who tells it. Some say that Wisteria was expelled for stealing privileged information, others say that after the panel failed her, Wisteria called upon the Reavers of Taua to exact her vengeance. Others believe that Wisteria cheated and her father exiled himself in shame. But all agree that it ended with Wisteria expelled from the Mokolin Institute of Technology, & her father Tamonon missing.
Mockery "The Hound of Kodinia"
- Rumors and gossip often swirl around Mockery, making it truly difficult to determine fact from fiction. But one constant in all of the stories regarding the Gnoll, is his devotion to converting non-believers to the words of the Infernal Gods. Notably, It is said Mockery once converted an impoverished village along the Soldier’s Pass to Makesh God of Prosperity to some Infernal Lord of Greed & Despair to others. The rumor states that Mockery taught the people the gospel of Prosperity, showing them the path to profit. As the story goes the village is now a trade depot, bringing in gold and opportunities to it’s once impoverished people. Mockery claims little of the glory for this, though none can tell if this is modesty, if the tale is more myth than fact, or if the Gnoll is simply in a feud with the villages leadership.
- There are stories and myths beyond count regarding The Hound of Kodinia, but nearly all paint the Gnoll as dogmatic to the point of obsession. Believing that his near absolute faith in the Infernal Gods has twisted & corrupted him both mentally and physically. Claiming that his worship has transformed him into a true monster, inside and out. Worse yet, some believe that this condition is contagious & that his deformities can be caught. When confronted, it is said that Mockery simply shrugged & stated “The infection here is the faith in the infernal gods.” Poor wording & doubling down by Mockery has led many to avoid the Gnoll.
