Kryptonians tend to be lawful, valuing order and discipline, but they can be of any alignment.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Kryptonian Physiology
You have resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Solar Rejuvenation
As long as you are exposed to sunlight, you have advantage on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, and stunned.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and Kryptonian.

Green Kryptonite
Wondrous item, uncommon
Green Kryptonite emits radiation harmful to Kryptonians. While within 30 feet of green Kryptonite, Kryptonians suffer disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws.
Red Kryptonite
Wondrous item, rare
Red Kryptonite induces unpredictable mutations in Kryptonians. When a Kryptonian comes into contact with Red Kryptonite, roll on the Red Kryptonite Mutation table to determine its effects.

Blue Kryptonite

Blue Kryptonite emits radiation that weakens evil Kryptonians. When within 30 feet of blue Kryptonite, evil-aligned Kryptonians suffer disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws.
Gold Kryptonite
Wondrous item, legendary
Gold Kryptonite permanently strips a Kryptonian of their powers. If a Kryptonian comes into contact with Gold Kryptonite, they permanently lose all racial traits and abilities associated with being a Kryptonian.
