## Kryptonian Kryptonians are a powerful alien race with abilities far beyond those of normal mortals. ### Ability Score Increase Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Constitution score increases by 1. ### Age Kryptonians mature at the same rate as humans but live much longer, often reaching ages of several centuries. ### Alignment Kryptonians tend to be lawful, valuing order and discipline, but they can be of any alignment. ### Speed Your base walking speed is 30 feet. ### Kryptonian Physiology You have resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. ### Solar Rejuvenation As long as you are exposed to sunlight, you have advantage on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, and stunned. ### Languages You can speak, read, and write Common and Kryptonian. ## Kryptonite Items ### Green Kryptonite *Wondrous item, uncommon* Green Kryptonite emits radiation harmful to Kryptonians. While within 30 feet of green Kryptonite, Kryptonians suffer disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws. ### Red Kryptonite *Wondrous item, rare* Red Kryptonite induces unpredictable mutations in Kryptonians. When a Kryptonian comes into contact with Red Kryptonite, roll on the Red Kryptonite Mutation table to determine its effects. | d6 | Mutation | |----|----------| | 1 | Shrinkage. The Kryptonian suffers a -2 penalty to Strength and Dexterity scores for 1d4 hours. | ### Blue Kryptonite *Wondrous item, rare* Blue Kryptonite emits radiation that weakens evil Kryptonians. When within 30 feet of blue Kryptonite, evil-aligned Kryptonians suffer disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws. ### Gold Kryptonite *Wondrous item, legendary* Gold Kryptonite permanently strips a Kryptonian of their powers. If a Kryptonian comes into contact with Gold Kryptonite, they permanently lose all racial traits and abilities associated with being a Kryptonian.
