So long as he doesn't have to worry about those little things like rules, or regulations, or ethics or anything, Bildocker can get you what you want inside of 24 hours, and the less questions you ask the better you'll sleep at night. Gaining Bildocker as a Contact
Temporary Contact:
Its Just a Small Favor: Most people already have Bildocker as a contact. To claim Bildocker as a contact all you have to do is do him a favor. Get him a little something, misplace a little something or accidentally let an extra AMRAM fall off the back of a truck. These things happen all the time. The Pentagon is insured. Noone is really getting hurt here. Give up a Requisition Slot during the Requisition Phase to get Bildocker as a Temporary Contact
Permanent Contact:
What's a small felony between friends: Succeed in 2 DIF 20 skill checks (Finesse, Technology, Survival and/or Streetwise) to do Bildocker a HUGE favor and gain him as a permanent Contact.

My Ace in the Hole (3 Allegiance Points)
Bildocker knows alot of things about a lot of people. By Spending a Story Point to make Bildocker understand what exactly is on the line or at stake here, he will burn an ultimate favor. By revealing Blackmail worthy dirt on an enemy. This revelation will stun the opponent into indecision for D4 rounds, allowing the Joes to gather info, Spend Story Points for information or something similar, so long as they don't overtly call attention to themselves during this brief window of time.

Given a few hours notice Bildocker will show up wherever the PCs are, in some sort of off-road vehicle, with the back storage area fully stocked with equipment. When this Perk is invoked, it will allow PCs do have an additional requisition phase. They get one new requisition request or two, if they spend a Story Point.

Bildocker can put you into contact with a guy. Cause he ALWAYS knows a guy. WIth a 10 minute conversation, Bildocker's guy can give you either: a D6 in any skill you don't have for one roll -OR- Specialty in a skill that you do have for one roll.
