The Sloth

\pagebreak ## The Sloth As the Sloth you gain the following abilities. Your abilities grow stronger with the more slothful actions that you take. ### An Underachievers Life In order to receive the full benefit of a short or long rest the sloth must take more time to recover than other party members. - Your passive perception, investigation, and insight increase by 2. - You gain advantage on stealth checks. Additionally, your stealth modifier is increased by 1. - **The Unseen:** The sloth has the ability to become invisible when they don't move for 1 minute. #### Lie in Wait *Class Trait* ___ - **Casting Time:** Action, Bonus Action, Reaction ___ When entering combat while invisible, gain a surprise round. Successful attacks become critical. Additionally, you may add another die to the damage dealt in the same way you would a critical strike. Targets that are surprised have disadvantage on all saving throws the sloth initiates during the surprise round.

### Workshy Peon At second level, you may cast "Count me Out" once per long rest. #### Count Me out *Class Action* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 Action and Bonus Action - **Range:** 45 foot radius - **Components:** V, S - **Duration:** 1 round ___ Once per long rest, the Sloth channels their energy into their allies. Targeted creatures gain advantage on all ability checks and saving throws. Additionally, they add both the Sloth's proficiency modifier and spell casting modifier to their ability checks and saving throws. > ##### Swan Song > At third level The Sloth has the ability to utilize a swan song. In order to use this ability the Sloth must sacrifice their humanity, and take on the characteristics of the mythological creature associated to their vice. ## Conduit of the Rakshasa ### Shadow of the Man-Eater As you surrender to the growing evil inside of you, your body undergoes a transformation into a Rakshasa. Your skin becomes blue, and you grow two protruding tusks. In order to receive the full benefits of a short, or long, rest you must wait triple the normal duration. #### Dance with the Universe *Class Action* ___ - **Casting Time:** Action - **Range:** 120 feet - **Components:** V, S - **Duration:** 10 minutes ___ Once per long rest, you synchronize with the universe around you, and begin dancing to the rhythm. You begin creating afterimages of yourself that mimic your actions. The created afterimages are equal to your proficiency modifier. Enemies that are within 60 feet of an afterimage must succeed a DC 20 wisdom saving throw or they become taunted by your afterimage. Taunted enemies must take every possible action to attack the corresponding afterimage that taunted them. - When an enemy attacks a shade, the attack automatically succeeds and dispels the shade. Attacks from targets that aren’t directed towards the shade have disadvantage. - Shades have 50 ft of movement in all directions, and can be maneuvered using your bonus action. - An enemy can only be taunted by 1 afterimage at a time. \columnbreak ### Bane of the Brahmin Upon eating human flesh your other abilities gain additional effects and bonuses. Additionally, you reduce the time needed to receive the benefits of a short, or long, rest #### The Unseen *Class Action* ___ - **Casting Time:** At will - **Components:** S - **Duration:** Concentration, Indefinite ___ Three times per short rest you may turn invisible at will. You do not provoke attacks of opportunity. #### Slayer of the Brahmin *Class Action* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 Bonus Action - **Components:** V, S ___ You may only use this action once per long rest, and only after eating human flesh. During your surprise round from "Lie in Wait" you may select a target to mark as the Brahmin. On a successful attack, you reduce the Brahmin’s movement speed to 0 feet. You gain an additional 5 die to your damage rolls against the Brahmin this turn. If the Brahmin dies, you can eat their flesh to gain 1 additional attack per action until your next short rest.
