On the Home ribbon tab, under links, Click the Select Text tool. Click Set as Default Layer to Combine Files into a Single PDF. The following dialog box will open: FigureCombine Files Dialog Box. Click Add Files to select individual files from the local computer to add to the list of source files. Click Remove All to remove all existing backgrounds. Click the arrow adjacent to the button to determine further FigureOrganize Tab, Background. The Add New Layer dialog box will open, as detailed below. FigureAdd Background Dialog Box. The Source options determine the source of the background Enter the desired name/folder in the text boxes. You can Quickly create a link from pre-existing text. Right-Click the highlighted text. Click Manage to manage existing backgrounds. Click Add to add new backgrounds. Drag a box around the text you would like to create a link around. Click Add New Layer to add a new layer to the current document. Click Add Folder to add entire folders to the list of source files. The Add Background dialog box will open, as detailed in (figure 2). Use the Destination Folder test box, or click the yellow icon, to determine the location of converted files. Select the Overwrite Existing Files, Open folder with results and Create Log File boxes as desired Click Add Text Label to add a text label to selected layers. Click the blue icon to use macros as desired. Click Add link >Add Link Then follow the instructions in the resulting window Layers Options.
