If you want to scan multiple files into a PDF, select the Settings icon ,  · Choose Tools > Create PDF > Scanner > [ document preset ]. ,  · Press the Scan button, then select Adobe Acrobat from the list of registered applications in Windows. Select Append to existing file. If you have the files open in Acrobat, select an appropriate file from the drop-down list, or select Browse and then select an appropriate file. If you want to scan multiple files into a PDF, select the Settings icon Restore Choose Tools > Create PDF > Scanner > [ document preset ]. If you have the files open in Acrobat, select an appropriate file from the drop-down list, or select Browse and then select an appropriate file. Repair installation. Then, select a scanner and a document preset or Launch the app and go to Help > Check for updates. Select Append to existing file. If the PDF still doesn’t work after updating Acrobat Reader, go to Help > Repair installation.
