Pallet Town

Few places in the world as peaceful and serene, as Pallet Town. Its where adventures begin and destinies unfold. Now, two young Trainers stand at the starting line of their journey.

Antigone, later called Tiggy, is a spirited and curious 9-year-old girl whose past remains something of a mystery. She’s sharp, quick-witted, and endlessly curious—though much about her past remains a mystery, even to her. While others might see her age as a disadvantage, Tiggy is determined to prove she belongs.Tiggy's short white hair is complimented by the fur of her Pokemon, Pierre, an Alolan Vulpix.

By her side is her best friend, Merlin—or Merl, as Tiggy calls him—a boy with big dreams and even bigger ambitions. Raised in the dazzling world of the Cirque De Poké, a Pokémon circus run by his family, Merlin has spent his life surrounded by wonder.

His father, Victor, commands a mighty Ursaring, named Cuddles, his mother directs a dazzling and majestic Ledyba, called Lady. His grandfather is the master of a legendary Onix, named Jory, after Jormunder, the World Serpent. Jory is the largest Onix ever seen. But for Merlin, the stage holds a special challenge: one day, he must perform a trick so astonishing that he will earn the title of Ringmaster.

To prepare, he has set out to collect Pokémon and master skills that will help him craft the ultimate illusion.

His Legacy Pokémon, a tiny Abra, named Bludini, may be small, but its potential is boundless—just like its Trainer’s ambitions. Blu can generally be found sleeping under Merlin's magician top hat.

Together, Tiggy and Merlin must first pass their Trainer Trials in Pallet Town, proving themselves worthy of a Pokémon License. Along the way, they will face obstacles, forge rivalries, and uncover secrets—both about the world and themselves.

But Merlin and Tiggy aren’t alone in their Trainer Trials. Along the way, they meet three other kids who will shape their journey in very different ways.

Hester, the richest kid in Pallet Town—maybe even the region. He’s got the best gear, the rarest items, and the highest-quality Poké Balls money can buy. But despite his immense wealth, Hester is surprisingly down-to-earth, kind, and generous, making it hard to dislike him.

Maisy, a friendly, enthusiastic girl who never stops talking. Whether it’s battle strategies, Pokémon facts, or what she had for breakfast, Maisey rambles endlessly to anyone within earshot. While Merlin and Tiggy find her a bit of a nuisance, they recognize that, at her core, Maisey is a good-hearted person.

Trenton, the thorn in their side. Smug, competitive, and always scheming, Trenton rubs Tiggy and Merlin the wrong way every single time they meet. While their interactions remain respectful on the surface, there’s always an underlying tension—each encounter feeling like a battle of wits and pride.
