Scarlet Upgrade: Death Clutch

Prerequisite(s): 16th level sanguine sorcerer, able to cast Death Clutch
Benefit(s): Apply the following modification(s) to your Death Clutch spell:
1) Death Clutch is renamed to "Shivayah Kali Ma".
2) Shivayah Kali Ma is treated as a Scarlet Spell.
3) "School: necromancy [death, evil]" becomes "School: necromancy [blood, death, evil]".
4) "Components: V, S" becomes "Components: V, S, F (a dagger)".
5) "is instantly reduced to a number of negative hitpoints equal to your caster level or its Constitution score minus one, whichever is less negative" becomes "is instantly reduced to a number of negative hitpoints equal to its Constitution score minus one".
6) "A target with 201 or more hitpoints that fails its saving throw manages to keep its heart from leaping out of its chest, but it is still staggered for 1 minute and takes 1d4 points of Constitution drain and 1d4 points of Constitution bleed." is removed from Shivayah Kali Ma.
7) "If the target of Shivayah Kali Ma fails their saving throw while their current hitpoint total is greater than 200, they (barely) manage to prevent their heart from leaping out of their chest and into your hand. Nonetheless, they become both shaken and staggered for 1 minute as a result of their brush with almost certain death. Additionally, they suffer [x] points of Constitution drain." is added to Shivayah Kali Ma.
8) "[x] is equal to the number of Scarlet feats that you possess" is added to Shivayah Kali Ma.
