Divine Moth Form. Moth Daughter's true form is a Tiny moth. She can occupy another creature's space and move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. While in this form, attack rolls against her have disadvantage unless she is incapacitated or her speed is 0.

Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If Moth Daughter fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Moth Daughter has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Moonlit Dust. When Moth Daughter deals radiant damage to a creature, the target sheds dim light in a 10-foot radius until the end of Moth Daughter's next turn. While shedding this light, the creature can't benefit from being invisible.

Shape of the Daughter. As a bonus action, Moth Daughter can magically transform into a Medium humanoid moth-woman, a Large giant moth, or back into her true Tiny moth form. Her statistics are the same in each form, except her size changes and she gains access to different actions as noted below. Anything she is wearing or carrying transforms with her.


Actions

Multiattack. Moth Daughter makes two attacks, using Divine Touch in humanoid form or Wing Slice in giant moth form. In her Tiny moth form, she instead makes one Divine Spark attack.

Divine Spark. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (5d8 + 5) radiant damage.

Divine Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 5) radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by Moth Daughter until the end of its next turn. While charmed in this way, the target's speed is 0.

Wing Slice. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (4d6 + 5) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) radiant damage.

Ash-Wing Burst (Recharge 5–6). Moth Daughter releases a cloud of shimmering gray-white scales in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 36 (8d8) radiant damage and is blinded until the end of Moth Daughter's next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't blinded.

Lunar Cocoon (1/Day). Moth Daughter chooses one creature she can see within 60 feet of herself. If the target is unwilling, it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be wrapped in spectral silk for 1 minute. While wrapped, the target is restrained, blinded, and has total cover against effects originating outside the cocoon. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the target is willing, it instead regains 45 hit points and is freed from the blinded, charmed, frightened, poisoned, and restrained conditions.

Legendary Actions

Moth Daughter can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Moth Daughter regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Flutter. Moth Daughter moves up to half her flying speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Guiding Dust. One creature Moth Daughter can see within 60 feet of herself must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or shed dim light until the end of Moth Daughter's next turn. The next attack roll made against that creature before the light fades has advantage.

Divine Spark (Costs 2 Actions). Moth Daughter makes one Divine Spark attack.

Wingbeat (Costs 2 Actions). Moth Daughter beats her wings. Each creature within 10 feet of her must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or take 14 (4d6) bludgeoning damage and be pushed up to 10 feet away from her.
