You cause one being that is within 30 ft. of you to become affected by Torment for [x] rounds; the duration of this hex is reduced to 1 round if they make a successful Will saving throw. Regardless of whether they pass or fail this saving throw, you must wait for at least 24 hours before you can cast this hex upon them again. While a being is affected by Torment, they cannot take part in any action that involves cooperation between themself and another being(s).
[x] is equal to three plus your charisma modifier
