Archmage Commissions

As a member of the Archmage Tier of my Patreon, members can request a one-time custom homebrew commission for 5e, limited to a Magic Item, Player Race, Monster, or Subclass.

Also included here are Epic Level Compendiums for four classes: the Savant, Alternate Fighter, Alternate Monk, and Alternate Blood Hunter. While these are no longer an option for future Archmage Commissions, they are included.

All Archmage Commissions are designed to mechanically represent the concept and themes requested by Archmage, and may more narrow in thematic scope compared to other 5e homebrew designed by laserllama.

Artificer, Official

Compendium of subclass commissions for the Artificer class. As the Artificer is not included in the OGL, this Compendium of Artificer Specialists can be found (for free) Here.

Engineer

Your arcane genius is realized in the construction of massive works of stone and wood known as Arcane Fortifications. You are an unmatched defensive force in battle, granting cover to your allies and thwarting the movement of your enemies.

Artificer, Alternate

Compendium of Archmage Commissions for my Alternate Artificer class. As the Artificer is not included in the OGL, this Compendium of Artificer Specialties is found Here

Agent

While most Artificers use their wondrous intellect to innovate and create, those known as Agents focus their considerable minds on hunting down information, objects, and most often, other creatures. Rivaling the great hunters of the wilderness, these Artificers leverage their wondrous Infusions and magic abilities in the pursuit of their current quarry.

Forgebound

You have used your genius to create for yourself a companion capable of spontaneously generating weapons. Binding a part of your very soul within this assistant, you can call upon it in battle to craft unique weapons for use against your foes. As you both grow in power, you learn to coordinate attacks, and even instantaneously switch places and share spells.

Grenadier

While Alchemists focus on the various applications of arcane alchemy, Grenadiers use this knowledge only for destruction. They put their intellect to work to craft powerful Explosives that are used to destroy any object, structure, or creature that stand in the way of their innovative and explosive goals.

Lycanist

You use your genius to delved into the cursed science of were-beasts. Using your knowledge, you are able to transform into a great amalgamation of beasts known as a Lycan Form.

Ooze Rancher

Ooze Ranchers never go anywhere without their loyal pets. Using an Ooze Containment Unit, they harvest the Essence of other creatures and use these concentrates to modify their Ooze, granting it the powers of any monster they can slay.

Static Conductor

You have used your genius to harness the power of lightning, and store it within your signature Lightningrod Suit. Drawing on this tempestuous power you can revive unconscious allies, stun meddlesome foes, and unleash burst of great speed. All this is possible, but only if you capture the power of lighting.

Venomist

Fascinated by toxins, venoms, and poisons that are produced by monsters and animals, Venomists are Artificers who learn to reproduce these potent poisons for their own personal use. Adept at harvesting and weaponizing the venom of monsters, these Artificers can also create their own signature poisons.

Wagoneer

Dedicated to the advancement of locomotive transportation and hospitality, Artificers known as Wagoneers are marked by their Wondrous Caravans. These elegant vehicles can bear creatures in comfort and style as they travel the wilderness, and serve as potent tools in combat. Offering protection from the elements and monsters, these Caravans are coveted.

Path of the Acolyte

While most Barbarians pursue their physical potential, those who walk the Path of the Acolyte also hone the power of their mind. Often trained by a dark master, these Barbarians focus their hatred, pain, and rage to better manifest psionic power.

Path of the Arachnid

Whether the victim of a sinister ritual, the offspring of a dark shapeshifter, or the chosen one of a terrifying deity, you have been infused with arachnoid power. You are a warrior of the darkness, using your Rage to draw out your latent spider-like abilities, and eventually learning to control them completely.

Path of the Blood Knight

Your Rage has always been inside you, driving you toward the chaos of battle. You are a Blood Knight, a warrior who lives for the chaos and violence of battle. Always looking for more powerful foes to test yourself against, your savage power will grow the longer you remain in combat. A Blood Knight never admits defeat; they will find victory or die in the attempt.

Path of Delirium

For most Barbarians, their Rage has a mundane source, their inner fury, a spirit animal, or a divine blessing. However, there do exist barbaric warriors that draw power from otherworldly entities. These wild Barbarians have their minds irrevocably broken by aberrations from beyond the edges of reason, but in the process are granted fierce eldritch abilities.

Path of Evolution

The primal Rage that dwells within you is that which spurred the survival of all living things, the drive to adapt and evolve. By channeling your Rage, you can undergo extreme physical changes at a moment's notice to better survive.

Path of the Meteor

You have always had a knack with projectiles, and your Rage only increases your prowess. With your skill, you can turn any weapon into a deadly projectile, and even the most mundane objects become ammunition of deadly force in your hands

Path of Thunder

Your Rage is drawn from an elemental fury, infusing you with the thunderous power of wind and storms. In your Rage, you fly across the battle like the wind and strike with thunderous force, knocking your foes about like leaves in the wind. Your Rage causes your weapons to vibrate with thunderous force.

Path of the Whirling Blade

For most Barbarians, their Rage manifests as wild bloodlust, but some learn to channel their fury into focus. The warriors that do so walk the Path of the Whirling Blade, and learn to draw in the pain inflicted upon them and reflect it back onto their foes in a storm of signature attacks with their blades.

College of Mimicry

While all Bards are artistic, those of the College of Mimicry take their artistry to the next level. Their talents manifest as a wondrous Inkling, a creature of pure artistic potential, which travels with the Bard to aid in their creative adventures.

College of Sigils

While most Bards channel their creative magic through song or spoken word, those who join the College of Sigils wield the visual arts. With a mastery over calligraphy and illustration these bardic artists are able to manifest their art into the world through their exceptional talent with illusion magic.

College of Sirens

While most Bards master their art on dry land, some discover their talents while at sea. Sometimes known as Sirens, these Bards are more comfortable on the deck of a boat then the stage in a tavern, and quick to motivate allies with a rousing sea shanty, or sap their foes with dreadful dirges of despair.

Cantor

You ply your talents in the service of the divine, spreading the teachings of your deity through beauty and song. Your voice is the instrument through which you give glory to the Celestial host, and you call on others to join in the divine chorus.

Fortune

You have been imbued with a one-of-a-kind, supernatural luck. Weather you were blessed by an Archfey at birth, the chosen herald of a deity of Luck, or by a quirk of Fate you with given this wondrous gift, chance now bends to you. Combined with your Bardic magic, you now travel the world twisting chance.

Goldsmith

In your travels, you have learned that gold is power. The value given to this substance by mortals has infused gold itself with an innate magical potential unkonwn to many. You can draw out that power to perform gilded magicks and influence fate.

Gourmand

Driven by an insatiable desire to discover and eat ever more exotic cuisine, Bards of the Gourmand Tradition wander the world on the hunt for exotic ingredients. Leaving the comfort of traditional kitchens behind, they gather their utensils and hunt for strange and wild monsters to add to their recipes.

Illustrator

While all Bards are artistic, those known as Illustrators take their artistry to the next level. Their bardic talents manifest a wondrous Inkling, a creature of pure artistic potential, which travels with the Bard to aid in their creative adventures.

Maskmaker

Bards known as Maskmakers take their performances to an almost obsessive level. Marked by intricate Artisanal Masks, these unsettling performers can become the character of the Mask they don, losing much of their personality so they make gain the skills and talents of the Mask they are wearing.

Merchant

You are a student of the marketplace with a keen insight into the laws of supply and demand. You always know how to find a deal, and your Bardic magic makes it so you can always find just the thing you need. Famous for their ingenuity and ability to adapt, Merchant Bards make for shrewd adventurers.

Narcissist

Your self-obsession is so powerful that is manifests powerful bardic magic. Using this self-centered power, you can conjure an idealized version of yourself to adventure alongside of you. Together, you wield powerful magic fueled by self-confidence.

Scalesinger

The Song of Creation has marked you for great things, and it has bound you together with a Draconic Companion. Linked by this arcane bond, you and your Companion grow in power together, and travel the world gathering lore and performing great feats worthy of legend and song.

Blood Hunter, Alternate

Order of Ascension

Arguably the most blasphemous Order of Blood Hunters, the Order of Ascension performs an unholy ritual upon each of their members where they mingle their blood with that of a Celestial, allowing them to undergo luminous transformation.

Order of the Crystal

You have taken a piece of crystalline corruption into your flesh. Using its unpredictable and alien power, you work to undo the corruption upon your land, but the more you draw on this crystalline power, the more you lose yourself.

Order of Hellfire

Making the ultimate sacrifice, you have sold your eternal soul in an infernal bargain for power. Infused with the powers of hell itself, these dark avengers use their infernal abilities to bring judgment down upon all those who harm the innocent.

Order of Ichor

While every Blood Hunter must undergo the Hunter's Bane, postulants of the Order of Ichor endure the most painful and transformative version of this sinister ritual. Through ancient dark arts, their blood is infected with sentient ooze, giving it
a life of its own, and a primal desire for control over its host.

Order of Reapers

Legends say the Order of Reapers was founded by an ancient death cult to serve as their champions. Though their origins are lost to time, Blood Hunters who join this Order are given powers associated with death and destruction.

Order of Sorcery

Experts at hunting dangerous creatures and practitioners of foul magicks, Blood Hunters that join the Order of Sorcery combine their blood magic and martial abilities with Broken Spells. Wielding these minor magics, they are able to combat creatures and spellcasters many times their superior.

Order of Temporal Knights

Undergoing a forbidden form of the Hunter's Bane, Temporal Knights mingle their blood with blood conjured from future versions of themselves. These Blood Hunters swear a solemn oath to destroy anything that would disrupt the flow of time.

Order of Transference

Taking an almost scientific approach to the practice of blood magic, the members of this Order have achieved an unrivaled understanding of life and death. Often found masquerading as physicians, these Blood Hunters use their knowledge of blood to heal the wounded and vitally wound their foes.

Order of the Wyrm

An ancient sect of hunters dedicated to the eradication of all dragons, the Order of the Wyrm uses the draconic power of their ancient foes against them. In order to be inducted into this elite Order, a Blood Hunter must procure blood from a living dragon, which will be used in the ritual to induct them.

Brawler, Exclusive Class

Compendium of Archmage Commissions for the Brawler, the class exclusive to Patrons of the Adept Tier and higher. The Compendium of Brawler Archetypes is found Here.

Ethereal Fist

Whether by ritual, birth, or happenstance, the Brawlers of the Ethereal Fist have been imbued with the esoteric powers of incorporeal undead. Combining this strange power with their mastery of unarmed combat, they are a true terror to behold.

Hammer

Known for ending fights with a single blow, Brawlers known as Hammers train relentlessly to perfect the power of a single strike. Never neglecting their training, these warriors strive to be peak specimens of their species, and masters of the deadly Hammer Fist, a single strike of overwhelming power.

Runic Bastion

Forgoing any arcane potential you have undergone an ancient ritual which covers your flesh with powerful Runes. Legends tell of an ancient Giant Lord, who fearing the power of mages, created a powerful ritual to create the ultimate warriors who could stand against the supernatural powers of the arcane.

Cleric, Official

Master Domain

You are the disciple of the deity of all deities, the great Master of reality, the one who tells the story of the cosmos. In serivce of this unthinkable power, you are granted divine ability so as to carry out their will, making sure your great story plays out as was predetermined. The Clerics of the Master Domain are famous for their strange twenty-sided Holy Symbols.

Mochitsuki Domain

Mortals have always relied on the sustenance provided by food and drink to survive. Some Clerics, upon recognizing this sacred exchange, dedicate their lives to the preparation of a sacred food known as Mochi.

Pestilence Domain

Often enemies of gods of life, gods of the Pestilence Domain rule over sickness and plague in all its forms. Their followers spread deadly disease and infection, slaying those who would not worship their god. Some gods of Pestilence consider their power a natural balance to that of life, while others desire the complete eradication of all living things.

Tidal Domain

Those who live near the sea or travel the many waterways of the world hold the deities of water in high esteem. You are a Cleric of one such deity, a servant of the Tidal Domain. Your god has given you power over the waves in their name, which you can use to manipulate and crush the foes of your god.

Commoner

Drunkard

Every town has one, the good-for-nothing nincompoop always found on the floor of the tavern (or just outside of it). Known as Drunkards, these Commoners don't pursue honest trades, and instead spend their time cajoling, gambling, and reveling.

Druid, Official

Circle of Ascension

Chosen because of your passion for justice and light, you are now a member of the Circle of Ascension. Using the magicks of your Circle, you can bathe yourself in radiance to take on your Ascended Form, that of a radiant warrior who stands in defense of the natural world and everything that is beautiful.

Circle of Decay

You are a disciple of life and death, and understand the vital role that all decomposers play in that cycle. Serving as a host to a powerful colony of natural fungi, you channel the primal power of death through decay, doling out death and drawing life to yourself and the fungi that dwell within you.

Circle of Regression

A reclusive Circle of Druids that often dwells on the extreme outskirts of civilization, the Circle of Regression teaches its members to devolve into an ancient, more primal form of its species. These wild warriors often embrace a primitive style of life and eschew all modern comforts of civilization. When left alone they are no threat, but if their lands are attacked, they defend what is theirs with a wild and savage ferocity.

Circle of the Seasons

Your magic is draw from the natural cycles of nature, and like those cycles, your magic ebbs and flows. You wield the life of springtime, the heat of summer, the decay of fall, and the cold of winter. You are a champion of the natural order of seasons.

Circle of Shifters

Druids who join this Circle choose to master one Wild Shape instead of many. They can transform into a Signature Shape, modifying its size, and evolving its physiology to best meet the challenges they face. The most powerful Shifter Druids evolve their Signature Form into a new an unique beast.

Circle of the Chimera

Your Druidic Circle has harnessed the magic of life itself and uses it to create bespoke Beasts known as Druidic Chimeras. Considered blasphemous by nearly all other Druids, you take traits from all manner of Beasts and combine them to create what you consider to be the ultimate life form.

Circle of Dusk

Dusk Druids are disciples of the restful magic of twilight and guardians of the world of dreams. Wielding the elder power of night and dreams, they can give respite to allies, make safe sanctuaries for rest, and even walk in the world of dreams.

Circle of Evolution

You are a disciple of the most ancient of magicks, those that drove the creation of life. You channel these elder magicks to consume the Essence of slain creatures, adding their abilities to your own. Fueled by the life-force of your foes, you strive to evolve into the ultimate creature, the apex of all living things.

Circle of Revelry

You are a disciple of the ancient dance, the estatic rythm that fuels all merry making. Channeling this elder magic, you can enthrall and inspire other mortals. Infusing your speech with this primal power, your will becomes hard to resist, and those who hear your words are compelled to join in the dance.

Azure Blade

Named for the famed sword of the mythic warriors who first mastered this power, warriors of the Azure Blade incorporate the abilities of their slain foes into their combat style. Using the essence of their enemies, they can wield powerful magic usually only seen channeled by the most deadly monsters.

Delver

You are a Delver, a master of dungeoneering. You have honed your skills to survive the deadliest dungeons, plunging into the depths of the most dangerous places known to mortals.

Fighter, Alternate

Aegis

Donning your signature shield, you are the bulwark that defends your allies, and the warden who punishes those who threaten the weak. You are a reactive warrior, ever-ready to intercept a blow meant for someone weaker than you.

Astral Commando

Most often trained for warfare in the Astral Plane and other chaotic planes of existence, Astral Commandos can channel their inner determination to shrug off hostile assaults and fight through pain that would fell lesser warriors.

Chromatic Knight

Chromatic Knights swear a vow to serve tyrannical chromatic dragons, and in turn, they are imbued with terrible elemental power. As these tyrant knights grow in service, they gain abilities reminiscent of the great dragons they serve.

Dreadnought

Trained in a style of fighting that immitates the great armored giants of myth, Dreadnoughts seek to be unflinching bastions of iron and steel on the field of battle. Trained to wield shields in each hand rather then weapons, these warriors become an unstoppable defensive force for those who fight with them.

Drifter

While most warriors hone their craft in organized schools of war or combat units, some mastered their combat skill in the wild. Known colloquially as Drifters, these solitary warriors can be found wandering from town to town, making a living hunting bounties - whether they be man, beast, or monster.

Fate Touched

Whether chosen by a divine entity, blessed by the stars, or as the secret child of an Archfey, you are destined for greatness. Fate itself seems to bend to your desires, and luck follows in your footsteps. For good or for ill, you will have an oversized effect on the outcome of the age you are born into.

Ghostblade

Drawing upon energy of the Ethereal Plane, warriors known as Ghostblades use this power to pass through solid objects and augment their combat skill. Though they are not undead, they learn to use many powers often associated with ghosts, specters, shadows, and other creatures of ethereal power.

Glacial Archer

You are a stalker of the frozen wastelands who has mastered the frozen magic of the tundra. Spinning this glacial magick around your arrows, you freeze your enemies in their tracks and afflict them with terrifying arctic spells.

Gladiator

Long have mortals been entertained by violence, and you will give the people what they want. You have honed your martial skill in the arenas of the world, earning a living paid in blood. Where other Fighters will end a fight as quickly as possible, you know how to draw things out, letting your opponents, be they beast, monster, or man, bleed out for the sake of show.

Greatblade

Specializing in the use of massive weapons, Fighters known as Greatblades tend to become the focal point of any battle they enter. Though originally developed as shock troops who dedicated themselves to the destruction of siege weapons and other great weapons of war, Greatblades now put their skills to use as adventurers and mercenaries.

Legion

You are a student of the ancient art of soul-binding. This dark technique allows you to draw the souls of departed warriors into your body and use their ancient knowledge to augment your combat style with the techniques the souls knew in life.

Lux Knight

Trained by a legendary order of knights who stand for justice, friendship, and harmony among all peoples, those chosen to be Lux Knights learn to wield the radiant powers of starlight. Channeling this luminous power, they can blind foes, conjure beams of blinding light, and uplift their allies.

Moss Knight

Retreating to ancient forests and glades, the warriors known as Moss Knights incorporate ancient primal magic into their style of combat. They call on this primal power to shield them in protective armor and bind their foes with magical growths. Often, this magic is bestowed upon them by fey guardians or elder druids who guard the sacred places of the wilderness.

Noble Duelist

You are a student of the classical school of dueling. Mastered by many memebers of the nobility, this style of swordplay is meant to draw and hold the attention of your foes. The longer a duel goes on, the easier it becomes for you to overcome the defenses of your foes and predict their attacks.

Opportunist

While all Fighters are deadly with their chosen weapons, the warriors known as Opportunists can turn any object, into a deadly weapon. Always ready to scrap, these unconventional Fighters often grow up on the streets, where every day is a fight for their lives. When each day is a struggle, you learn to find success even in the most unfavorable conditions.

Vigilante

You have honed your skills to become a relentless hunter of humanoids. Whether you work outside the justice system to punish criminals and evildoers, or you sell your deadly skills to the highest bidder, you use a combination of focus, martial skill, and fear to track and slay your chosen foes.

Void Knight

You have forsworn all magical aid, instead focusing on martial skill and sheer willpower. The power of your convictions have become so strong, they can be infused into weapons to create the mythic blades known as Dark Armaments, blades which are feared by all who dabble in the craft of spells and magic.

Windblade

Trained in the twin arts of subterfuge and air magic, you are a Windblade. Never caught unarmed, you are always ready for deadly combat, and can draw on the power of the winds that surround you to rebuke your foes and come to your defense.

Order of Aberrant Light

Magi who join the Order of Aberrant Light undergo a sinister ritual where they are shown the alien light of the Far Realm. Forever changed by the mind-altering experience, these Magi mix their magic with strange and alien abilities drawn from realms beyond those that mere mortals can comprehend.

Order of Adamant

Magi of the Order of Adamant are unyielding in their resolve and unflinching in their convictions. They focus the wondrous power of their mind and magic back into their Arcane Armory and are capable of great feats while maintaining their focus.

Order of Animists

One of the eldest Orders of Magi, Animists believe that spirits dwell in and control all things, including themselves. Through spiritual practices and meditations, they learn to manifest the spirit within them, and merge with it to change their form.

Order of Armsmen

Mastering the subtle magic of their Arcane Armory, the Magi known as Armsmen expertily wield many weapons. Drawing them one by one from their Armory, they keep their enemies on their toes, and can execute complex combat techniques by instantly switching their weapons mid-combat.

Order of Astrologers

Known as Astrologers, these luminous Magi channel radiant magic of the heavens and use it to augment their unique style of combat. Master students of the night sky, they use magic of the stars to predict the future and blind their foes with light.

Order of Cold Iron

Often called Iron Knights, Magi of the Order of Cold Iron use an ancient style of magick said to ward off dark fey. Focusing their arcane powers into a massive weapon, they transmute it into a Cold Iron Armament with supernatural properties, and wield it as a conduit for the ancient magic of their Order.

Order of the Damned

You have joined an Order of Magi bound in eteral servitude to the dark princes of Hell. By giving your soul over to the lords of darkness you are infused with sinister power. Your magick can be used to place powerful curses upon your enemies.

Order of Distortion

Twisting the empty space within their Arcane Armory, a Magi of Distortion can absorb and channel the damage inflicted on them to devastating effect. Often mistakenly assumed to use Illusion magic, these warriors make confusing foes in battle.

Order of Equity

Founded to safeguard fair trade, Magi of the Order of Equity use their magic to ensure that merchants and guilds live up to fair standards. They actively hunt down any who enter into deals with demons, cults, and other nefarious cabals, using their magic to gather information and infiltrate these groups.

Order of Evolution

Order of the Inner Fire

Where most Magi are taught the arcane arts by the members of their Esoteric Order, only those who bear an innate arcane spark are admitted into the Order of the Inner Fire. These rare few combine their inborn sorcerous talent with martial skill to become deadly warriors of legendary talent.

Order of Keepers

Guardians of secret knowledge, Magi of the Order of Keepers utilize dark magic to protect civilization. Keepers are charged to bear forbidden knowledge in order to better defend reality from evil and alien threats. Only Magi of resolute willpower can become Keepers, as the knowledge and power they wield would be devastating to the mortal world in the wrong hands.

Order of the Lash

You are a student of a secretive Order of Magi whose magic is used to focus pure arcane power into deadly whips. Using the Arcane Lash, these Magi slowly entangle their foes in arcane bindings. Their signature combat style is a mix of artistry and deadly purpose, turning the battlefield into a deadly dance.

Order of Runecarvers

Arguably the older order of Magi, Runecarvers learn to wield the ancient magic of Runes. Legends say that the first Magi of this Order studied at the feet of great giants, learning all they could. Others tell of Magi who stole the secrets of Runes from ancient dragons.

Order of Spellslingers

The youngest Order of Magi was created upon the discovery of black powder and deadly firearms. Dedicated to the arcane applications of these wondrous weapons, Spellslinger Magi combine their mechanical knowledge of firearms with potent battle magic and learn to cast spells through these weapons.

Order of Storms

Channeling the awesome power of storms, the Magi know as Stormhearts flit about the field of battle as quick as a bolt of lightning, striking with as much force. Like a great storm, you are unpredictable and smite your foes with powerful blows.

Order of the Torch

Oath of Ambition

Paladins who swear an Oath of Ambition do so out of a desire to improve themselves at any cost. Driven by a lust for power and prestige, these ruthless Paladins will stop at nothing to achieve their personal goals. If their goals align with others, they make for stout allies, but should you stand in the way of an Ambition Paladin's goals they can become terrible foes.

Oath of the Blade (Alternate)

Paladins who swear the Oath of the Blade dedicate their lives to becoming masters of combat. Often given the title of Blade Master, these paragons of battle strive for mastery with the armaments of war. Some serve as mercenaries, and others as guardians or bodyguards. However, no matter their station, Paladins of the Blade always look to test their martial skills.

Oath of the Gunslinger

Devoted to mastering the art of black powder firearms, those who swear the Oath of the Gunslinger vow to pursue perfect accuracy and devastation with their chosen weapons. While they are rare, Paladins who make use of these new weapons of war are a terrifying foe to face on the battlefield.

Oathsworn

While most Paladins swear their Sacred Oath in the service of a divine entity, heroic virtue, or holy crusade, the Paladins known as Oathsworn swear an Oath to defend another. Chaos Knight Conclave

Primeval Guardian Conclave

While most Rangers stand with a foot in the wild and one in the civilized world, some side firmly with nature. Alchemist

You are a self-taught student of the alchemical arts. Through haphazard experimentation, you have learned to craft many a potent and powerful chemical potion. While your Brews may not be as pure as a classical alchemist, they pack a punch.

Arachnoid

Infused with the strange powers of the spider by dark maigc, you have become something more than yourself, something spider-like. Changes to your physiology allow you to climb up walls, shoot bolts of webbing, and assault your foes from the darkness. Like a spider lies in wait for its prey, so do you.

Deadeye

You are a master of ranged combat, dedicating all your talent and training to the perfect shot. True Deadeyes are masters of all ranged weapons, and some have been known to use the newly discovered, and deadly, blackpowder weapons. Archer or gunslinger, nothing can stop you from lining up your shot.

Metallurgist

While many Rogues pick up a working knowledge of alchemy, those known as Metallurgists use their alchemical knowledge to create a wondrous substance known as Arcanometal. This special alloy has many special properties, and is known for its ability to instantly change shape in the right hands.

Noble Thief

You are concerned with fame, or infamy, over wealth, and are a student of the larcenous arts in order to leave your mark on history. When you defeat a foe or pilfer valuable objects, you want your mark to know it was you. You have taken to leaving Calling Cards to mark your theivery, and as your reputation grows, so to do the scale and scope of your heists.

Phantasm

While many Rogues use the darkness to their advantage, the secretive operatives known as Phantasms thrive in shadows. Drawing upon the sinister magic of the Shadowfell, they use the darkness as a weapon and learn to manipulate it to their advantage. Whether they learned their skills from a coven of hags, a dark archfey, or a creature of shadow, all Phantasms have one thing in common; they thrive in the darkness.

Scalebound

You have perfromed a powerful ritual, bonding your soul with that of a young Dragon known as a Wyrmling. This Dragon is now bound to you as your Companion, and as your bond with one another grows, so does your elemental power.

Shimmer

It is not known how the Rogues known as Shimmers gained their powers. Some mages theorize they are infused with the ephemeral energies of the Ethereal Plane, others guess that their spirit and body are not aligned properly, and others still claim that this power is the gift of powerful Archfey. Whatever the origin, these wondrous Rogues can slip through cracks in reality to teleport anywhere they set their eyes upon.

Shinobi

Honing their skills in the shadows, Shinobi are trained from birth to serve as master infiltrators and assassins. As deadly with their fists as they are with a knife, Shinobi are trained to strike only when their victory, usually the death of the target, is absolutely assured.

Spellthief

While most Rogues are content to pilfer gold, gems, treasure, and other valuables, the Spellthief has a more esoteric mark. They travel the world stealing arcane knowledge in the form of spells. While others are content to gather knowledge from books and scrolls, these Rogues use their intuitive grasp of magic to pluck the knowledge of spells from thin air.

Ventriloquist

Masters of mechanical devices, Rogues turn to ventriloquism are marked by their wondrous Marionette - an unsettling and strange construct that they use to compliment their skills.

Vampyre

There are many sinister curses that grant mortals the unholy power of undeath. The most common of these is vampirism. For some, this dark curse instills an insatiable hunger in its victims, granting them incredible physical abilities at the cost of their mortality. When combined with their incredible skills, these vampiric Rogues are a terrifying menace to their foes.

Apiarist

You are a unique scholar who has focused their genius on the development of the perfect colony of bees. Apiarist Savants become one with their hive and command the swarm within as if they were the queen. Not only used for battle, Apiarists gather Wondrous Wax from their hive which they use to craft powerful salves, toxins, and other useful items.

Battlemind

Turning their massive intellects inward, Savants that pursue the way of the Battlemind strive to unlock the true potential of their mind. In their study and meditation, they learn to use their mind as a node that connects many minds together in a mystical telepathic bond. Once a creature is within this bond, you are able to influence its thoughts, emotions, and actions with their superior intellect, reasoning, and emotions.

Chronolgist

You have brought your legendary intellect to work unlocking the secrets of time. In your studies of this forbidden subject, you have found ways to isolate moments of time for use at a later time, known as Time Shards. Using these Shards, you can manipulate the flow of time for yourself and others.

Cosmetologist

You put your genius to work at the artistic expression of make up. Using your once-in-a-lifetime intellect, you allow others to take on the appearance of poor beggars, haughty nobles, and everything in between. Your abilities rival those of illusionists.

Duelist

You have put your great intellect to work mastering the art of one-on-one combat. Known as a Duelist, your genius thrives in the midst of battle, dancing about foes with blade in hand.

Hypnotist

You have put your genius to work understanding the mental lives of other creatures. Using your psychological knowledge of body language, visual queues, and repetitive sounds and movements, you can mentally manipulate other creatures.

Martial Sage

Unlike most Savants who only seek to improve their mental abilities, those known as Martial Sages use their intellect to hone their physical abilities as well. By combining the study of anatomy, physics, and martial arts, these unique geniuses use their intelligence to face their foes in martial combat.

Maskmaker

You have focused your vast intellect into your art, specifically into the creation of Mystical Masks. Using these wondrous creations you can adopt the visage of many different mortals.

Merchant

You are a student of the mercantile art of economics. The law of supply and demand is the rule by which you see the world. Using your great genius, you are a shrewd negotiator of value and price, and can eventually tap into the supernatural power of economics to sacrifice gold for great material gain.

Monsterologist

While most academics prefer to study their chosen subject in the safety of a library or university, you take to the wilderness to study your chosen subject: monsters. You desire to know all there is to know about the terrible creatures that dwell in the dark places of the world, and use that knowledge to tame the savage creatures you encounter, bonding them to you.

Stalker

While most Savants pursue knowledge of traditional subjects that can be studied in the comfort of libraries and universities the Savants known as Stalkers study a subject that can only be found in the wild: monsters. Stalkers use their intellect to venture into the dangerous places of the world and collect information on the weaknesses and vulnerabilities of these monsters so adventurers can hunt them down and end them.

Steward

You are a master of modification, and use your great intellect to combine mundane objects and tools in a wondrous way to overcome the challenges you face. Alone, you are not a threat, but with powerful allies wielding the objects you modify, there are few challenges that your companions cannot overcome.

Theorist

Some Savant's minds process information faster than others. Known as Theorists, these rare scholars are in a state of near constant analysis of the world around them which allows the creation of powerful Theoretical Calculations. These Savants can then apply these powerful theories to their interactions in the real world, possibly changing the outcomes of events.

Voyager

Some Savants are compelled by fate to venture forth into the unknown. Commonly known as Voyagers, these auspicious adventurers have a desire to experience everything they can. Often throwing caution to the wind, these intrepid geniuses are never truly satisfied with what they have, always desiring more. Often chosen by Fate, they find success where others fail, and overcome obstacles that can seem insurmountable.

Wheelwright

Wheelwrights are a curious subset of Savants obsessed with mechanical transportation. Excellent allies to have on a long journey, these mechanical minds are know for their signature Autocycles which they use are used for transport and combat.

Astrologer

Since the earliest days of civilization, mortals have looked to stars for stories of the past and omens for future. Shamans that forge connection with the heavenly bodies are known as Astrologers. With their eyes on the night sky, these Shamans can draw on the radiant power of the great Constellations.

Demoniac

While many Shamans treat with dark spirits when it serves their needs, those known as Demoniacs seeks out the spirits of darkness and fury and welcome them into their soul. Elemental Warden

Guardians of sacred places of elemental power, the Shamans known as Elemental Wardens use force of arms, enhanced by elemental spirits to defend the natural world. They attune to a powerful spirit of Air, Earth, Fire, or Water, and use is mystic power to lay waste to any who would stand against them.

Ethereal Gateway

Shamans of the Ethereal Gateway open themselves up to the other side, serving as a doorway for minor spirits to enter the material plane. They channel these minor spirits to harry foes and hinder their movements. Eventually, they learn to control a swarm of these minor spirits to serve their every whim.

Lunar Conduit

Long have mortals relied on the cyclical light of the moon for assistance in spiritual matters. Lunar Conduit Shamans form a powerful connection with this celestial wanderer, and as the moon travels through its many phases, so to does a Shaman's magic change to match the varied powers of the moon.

Mythic Warrior

You are a conduit for the Spirits of the Heroes of old, people of renown whose deeds inspire myths and legends. Through esoteric ritual, you can call them back to the material world using your body as their new vessel. Channeling their mythic power, you can stand alongside these heroes of old.

Thaumaturge

You are a student of both spiritualism and the occult. You use secret techniques to bind spirits and channel their magic into protective Totemic Amulets which ward you from harm. With your enchanted Amulets on your person, there are few spirits which can do direct harm to you, or hinder your abilities.

Totemic Dance

Strange even by the standards of other Shamans, those who practice Totemic Dance form a unique bond with the spirits imbued in their Totems. Performing an unorthodox rhythmic ritual, these Shamans awaken their Totems, giving them a life of their own as a Dancing Totem, if only for a short time.

Windcaller

You have bound yourself to the many spirits of the winds and sky. These fleeting spirits lift your steps, and harry those who seek to do you harm. While they aren't deadly by themselves, the winds are treacherous and can blow any who disrespect them into harms way. You are a master of the winds, and use them to direct the flow of battles around you.

Aberrant Bloodline

Your Bloodline has been infected by something alien, twisting your Bestial powers into something unnatural. When Shifting you Mutate your Beast Shapes, twisting them into horrifying mockeries covered in tentacles, claws, and psionic powers.

Chimera Bloodline

Unlike other Shifters whose power works in tandem with the forces of the natural world, your power warps Beast Shapes and creates something new. Often shunned by other Shifters and other practitioners of primal magic, Chimeras are seen as monstrous abominations capabale of terrifying feats.

Cuddly Bloodline

While many wild Beasts evolved and adapted to survive using their ferocity, cunning, or ruthlessness, you have gone a much different route. You have forged a primal bond with the cutest and cuddliest creatures. Rather then dominate their enemies with deadly force, they charm and disarm their foes with love.

Draconic Bloodline

Your blood carries the mythical power of a great dragon. Wtih this power, you can Shift into mythic Draconic monsters, and empower normal Beast Shapes with draconic magic. Shifters of this Bloodline are proud to a fault, and will not bear insult.

Elder Bloodline

The primal power within your bloodstream also bears a mote of elder magic. As your abilities grow in ferocity, so too does your ability to draw on this magic to empower Beast Shapes.

Face-Stealer Bloodline

Unlike other Shifters who use their primal abilities to take on the shapes of Beasts, you use your ability for sinister purpose. You steal the Visages of mortals who die near you, taking on their face, their memories, their very life to serve your ends.

Infernal Bloodline

Your Bloodline has been infected by the sinister magic of the lower planes. Drawing upon this infernal power, the Beasts you Shift into are twisted into cursed versions of themselves, and as your control grows, you can even Shift into demons.

Synthetic Bloodline

You are not a traditional Shifter, you are something more. You have been modified with sythetic materials, whether that be a body of steel and iron, slime and ooze, or magic plant growth. Your sythetic makeup carries over to Beast Shapes, changing them into something else... something greater.

Cursed Mark Sorcery

You are the bearer of a powerful sorcerous Mark which gives you wondrous arcane abilities. However, something sinister has tainted your magic, twisting your Mark into a curse. Now, you wield this cursed power against your foes.

Polymorph Sorcery

Sorcerers of this wondrous bloodline are plentiful where wild magic flows free and mages are left unchecked. Often created by powerful spells, or found within creatures born of magical experiments, these Sorcerers are fluid of form and use their magic to reshape creatures and objects around them.

Astral Sorcery

Some of the eldest beings left in the multiverse reside in the Astral Plane, the ethereal space between the great planes. Sometimes, if a mortal being is exposed to the luminescent and primordial power of this space between spaces, or one of the ancient creatures that dwells there, they are infected by this magic and transformed into an Astral Soul Sorcerer.

Cosmic Sorcery

Connected to the very fabric of the multiverse, the Sorcerers known as Cosmic Souls have the miraculous ability to twist gravity to their whims. Drawing upon this connection, these Sorcerers can see the fundamental forces of nature connect all things, and are able to attract and repulse creatures and objects by adjusting the gravitation pull around them.

Enlightened Sorcery

In your veins flows the wondrous power of a legendary sage. Maybe you are the descendant of an enlightened marital arts master, or you were infused with wondrous abilities learned only by students of the mystic arts. Whatever the origin of the mystical magic you wield, when you draw on this power you are capable of wondrous feats, both spiritual and physical.

Focused Sorcery

While most Sorcerers rely on their innate talent with magic, those known to practice Focused Sorcery study and learn to control their power much like a Wizard. Identified at a young age, these Sorcerers train to suppress their unique Sorcery and instead produce their spells in a methodical manner.

Kitsune Sorcery

You have been infused with the mystical power of a fox spirit known as a Kitsune. With this wondrous power, you channel powerful illusory magic, conjure fox fire, and transform into
a potent spirit fox. As you grow into your power, you manfiest illusory tails which can protect you from harm.

Phoenix Sorcery

Within you dwells a mote of flaming power imparted to you by the great Phoenix. An eternal spirit of elemental flame and the symbol of rebirth, you now wield a fraction of its power.

Prophetic Sorcery

Your sorcerous power was infused within you to serve a holy purpose, that of an anointed prophet. Wielding the divine fire of heaven, you punish sinners and rebuke the powerful who have strayed from the ways of your deity. You have also been granted divine power to see the future and twist Fate.

Planar Sorcery

Unlike every other creature in the multiverse, your soul is not anchored to a Plane of existence. Using your unique sorcery you can attune to various planes to channel their great power.

Shade Marshal Sorcery

The spark of magic within your soul is fueled by the power of the negative planes. Maybe your birth was the experiment of a powerful necromancer, or you were chosen by a powerful creature from the negative planes to bear their power into the world. No matter the origin of your magic, you wield a strange power over the veil between life and death and can call back spirits from the other side to serve your beck and call.

Soulsmith Sorcery

Within you dwells a wondrous and mystical power, the power to consume the very soul, the Essence, of your slain foes. You can use this power to conjure Formless Servants, constructs of pure arcane energy that you can imbue with the Essence of other creatures. How will you use this wondrous power?

Spellshot Sorcery

The arcane power that flows in your veins has enhanced your accuracy and reaction times to supernatural levels. Using an instinctive understanding of space, distance, and velocity, you are able to turn almost any spell into a deadly projectile to be fired at anyone unlucky enough to stand in your way.

Spirit Sorcery

Your sorcerous power allows you to absorb the spirits of your foes for use in combat. Once absorbed, you can temporarily conjure a spectral version of that creature to do your bidding. How much of your power are you willing to sacrifice to wield that of your slain foes?

The Ancestors

Sealed within your spirit is a great multitude. You bear within you the spirits of all your ancestors, and the most powerful of these can grant you a portion of the power they had in life. By communing with these ancestral spirits, you can draw on the knowledge, skill, and magic they wielded, using as your own.

The Champion

You have been chosen to bear within you a pantheon of elder deities, and now walk the world as their Champion. Though you cannot draw upon all their power and knowledge at one time, you can eventually learn to channel their abilities when the time is right, and take on their Champion Archon form.

Many cultures throughout time have told tales of the winter spirit that visits once a year to bestow blessings on children who have behaved well, and punish those who are naughty.

The Conduit

While most gods are content to work through chosen Clerics and Paladins, some prefer a more direct method of influence. When they have found a suitable mortal host, they undergo an ancient celestial ritual which allows them to sever a part of their essence, forming a Divine Spark, which they imbue into their chosen mortal host. Eventually, this Divine Spark will grow giving the mortal access to wondrous divine power.

The Evil King

Bound within you is the soul of a dark lord condemned to die and live again in an eternal struggle with the light. Bound to your spirit, you are able to draw on his dark power. In times of need you can unleash his true form, a being of pure evil.

The Dark Flame

You are the chosen host of an ancient spirit of primordial fire, the Dark Flame. Driven to consume all in its path, you are the only check on this ancient entity's burning rage. You learn to channel its burning power through steel to sear your foes.

The Hivemind

Within you is bound a powerful psionic entity that once ruled over a hivemind of thralls. Now, its aberrant mental power is bound within your soul and leaks into your mind. As you draw on its power, it becomes hard to know where your thoughts end and its thoughts begin...

The Mercurial

Within your soul is bound a being of the primordial chaos, an entity of ever-shifting form that desires all to be fluid. While it is with your soul, you can draw on its abilities to change your appearance, and even modify your abilities as a Vessel.

The Nihilist

Within you dwells an ancient entity of destruction. It desires nothing more than the unmaking of the material worlds, and you are a tool in its quest. Drawing upon this terrible power, you can manifest a deadly Entropic Blade, but the more you turn to the power of the Spirit, the more of yourself you lose.

The Parasite

Within you is sealed a mysterious entity who's true origin is unknown. It survives by draining the power of other entities to survive through the eons. You have learned to draw on this power to absorb the very life, magic, and power of creatures around you, and channel their power as if it were your own.

The Sage

Within you dwells the soul of an ancient Sage who dedicated their life to mastery over their mind, body, and soul. However they came to dwell within your soul, you can now draw upon the knowledge and battle prowess of this ancient warrior.

The Savage

Sealed away due to their lust for violence, Savage Spirits are most often demonic in nature, and desire nothing more than bloodshed for its own sake. The Vessels of these evil spirits can draw on their power to increase their own marital ability, but risk losing themselves to a supernatural lust of violence.

The Sovereign

In ages long past, mortals were dominated by ruthless god-kings capable of dreadful magic. Often, the only way to stop such a powerful entity was to seal it away. You are the result of such a ritual, within you is a Sovereign Spirit passed down from Vessel to Vessel since the fall of its great empire.

The Stagnant

While most creatures seek to improve and change, there are ancient primordial spirits that seek the opposite. Beings such as these are called The Stagnant, elder creatures who desire nothing more then to crawl back to the ancient nothingness from which they came, taking the world along with them.

The Titan

Sealed within you is a Titanic Spirit of ancient power. It may be the soul of a long dead giant of royal blood, the powerful remnant of a titan that once walked the material plane, or a portion of the legendary power of the Tarrasque. Wherever this colossal power comes from, it has infused your mortal form with a legendary resilience of titanic proportions.

The Undying

When they reach the end of their mortal lives, evil mages will extend their lives by undergoing the dark ritual of becoming a Lich. In order for this transformation to take effect, the mage must bind their soul to another object, or even sometimes a creature. You are one such creature that bears the soul of a great Lich, a living phylactery that anchors them to undeath.

The Verdant

Within your soul is planted the seed of an otherworldly plant growth, a primal verdant power seeking to grow and take the multiverse into itself. As you and this seed grow in power, this plant threatens to overtake you if you don't unleash its energy.

The Weapon

Within your soul is bound a weapon of terrible power. Maybe it is fated to be the blade that strikes down the ultimate evil, or maybe it was sealed away to restrict its horrifying powers. Regardless, as its prison, you can manifest the mythic ability of this blade and use its power to further your own ends.

The Wretched

Bound within your soul is the dark and twisted creature vile magic. Ancient hags, despicable archfey, or evil witches are all counted amongst The Wretched. Whatever the origin of the Spirit sealed within you, you are able to draw on its evil magic and unnatural physicality to crush your enemies.

The Wyrm

First born of all mortal creatures dragons are capable of both great good and terrible evil. Thess extremely long-lived beings have a natural affinity for arcane magic, and when they reach their full maturity, they can ascend beyond their mortal forms to become forces of great power.

Path of the Binder

Known for their unequaled expertise with knots, Wanderers who walk the Path of the Binder prefer to capture their foes alive, but restrained. While they do not always land the killing blow, they are adept at hindering the movements of their foes. So long as they have their trusty rope, they can bind anything.

Path of Corruption

You have dedicated your to the destruction of an otherworldly infection known as the Corruption. It is a plague which wants nothing more than the destruction of all life. By binding with a Corrupted Beast, you use the Corruption's power against it, balanced with your own inner light of hope.

Path of Ferocity

In your travels you have become infected by the ancient curse of lycanthropy. Channeling the primal power of this curse you gain savage abilities that you use to augment your prowess as a hunter. Though, you must always be weary, give too much of yourself over to this curse and you risk losing control.

Path of Hedge Magic

Unlike those who study in formal schools of magic, you have gathered your arcane abilities in the wilderness. Your magic is a unique amalgamation of many traditions: arcane rituals, occult secrets, holy prayers, and shamanistic totems. Where others master one path, you are a cunning novice of many.

Path of the Horde

In your wanderings you have befriended the most vulnerable creatures of the wild. These smallest creatures that are tread underfoot have become your greatest allies, your Horde. You are a champion of these unassuming creatures, and working together, you enhance your survial and combat skills.

Path of Shade

Like all Wanderers you have traveled far and wide, but unlike others, you have wandered into the dark places of the world, places cloaked in deep umbral magicks. These experiences have left you changed, and imbued you with shadow magic.

The Fungal Network

In ancient days, long before the gods and primordials created plants and animals, the great fungi dominated the material plane. As other lifeforms came into existence, the great fungi were forced to retreat. Now, these ancient fungi have chosen to reemerge and lay claim to what was once theirs. You have been chosen to serve the will of this ancient Fungal Network.

The Nameless

Long forgotten even by the most ancient legends, primordial beings lurk in the dark corners of the multiverse. Seeking to return to their former power, these entities, known only as the Nameless, enlist the help of mortals to aid them.

Warlocks who enter into this Pact spread the knowledge of their Patron wherever they go, letting that knowledge spread like a virus through whoever comes to know of its existence. The more minds this information can infect, the greater the power of the forgotten Nameless being they serve grows.

The Chronicler

You Patron is an entity which dwells outside the flow of time. Drawing on the magic of this incomprehensible Pact, you can focus your sight on the Past or Future, disconnecting yourself from the right flow of time in pursuit of esoteric knowledge.

The Cosmos

You have formed a Pact with an incomprehensible entity from the vastness of space, maybe even the laws of reality itself. It grants you a portion of its vast cosmic power, allowing you to bend the laws of the material world and draw on the flaming radiance and absolute cold of the void beyond the world.

The Elder Flame

Locked beyond even the most alien and otherworldly planes of existence dwell ancient beings of pure purpose. Once such entity is known as the Elder Flame. This elder force desires the total annihilation of all reality, consumed by its primordial fires. Warlocks who contact and form a Pact with this ancient power are granted a taste of this all-consuming power at the cost of their own mental fortitude and sanity.

The Elder Frost

You have forged a Pact with a being of permanent frost. Often from the depths of frigid hells or the primordial frozen chaos between the planes of water and air, your Patron is a being of frost and ice. Drawing upon this primordial power, you cover foes in frost and seek to plunge the world into eternal winter.

The Great Void

You have formed a Pact with an ancient being of entropy that is destined to unmake the multiverse itself at the end of time. Known as the Great Void, this eldritch entity desires nothing more then to return the multiverse to formless chaos.

The Holy One

You have been chosen for the patronage of a great Holy One of ages past. Servants of the most powerful gods of goodness will raise their most fervent devotees to sainthood after they achieve all they can on the material plane. You now channel the power of one such illustrious Holy One of the elder days.

The Infernal Warden

You have entered into a dark bargain with a powerful Warden of the damned. These powerful creatures guard the tortured souls of the Abyss, ensuring they are punished for their deeds in life. You can draw upon the power of this Pact to conjure these tortured souls, Infernal Wretches, to serve your whims.

The Parasite

Within you is bound a creature of infinity potential, known as the Parasite. This Patron of your Eldritch Power uses you to gather information about the world, ever evolving in its quest to attain the perfectly adapted form of life.

The Predecessor

You are the latest to enter a Pact with a succession of ancient rulers who wield eldritch dark powers. As the inheritor of this Pact, you are imbued with this sinister bloodline's power over necromancy and undeath. Bound to you are a host of ancient souls who have sworn loyalty to your line, in life and death.

The Primeval Garden

Legends tell of a mythical garden from which all living things came. As the mortal races grew, this legendary garden faded into myth. You have rediscovered this Primeval Garden, and now bear its power out into the world in your Primeval Seed.

The Spider Queen

You have entered into a Pact with the Spider Queen, an entity of sinster power which claims to be the mother of all spiders. The Unblinking

Their origins are unknown, but their presence is felt in nearly every major city and keep where mortals dwell. Preferring to have others do their dirty work, Beholders are known for employing vast networks of mortals to carry out their paranoid and tyrannical will.

Trained by the servants of the underworld, you are a marshal of the Infernal Legion. In return for furthering the goals of an evil archfiend, you have been given command over a squad of the lowest of hells soldiers, Infernal Wretches.

Academy of Symbiosis

You are a student of an ancient ritual of symbiosis, and use it to merge your flesh with that of a willing comrade. Once you are one, you can become the ultimate leader with no need of words or battle plans. You command your Bond from within them. One body. One mind. One unstoppable warrior.

Academy of Vanguards

Specializing in leading from the front, the Warlords known as Vanguards use their knowledge of warfare to break through enemy lines. Their tactics guide allies to strike fast and hard, often sowing confusion and panic among their foes. There is no defensive formation too strong for the Vanguard Warlord and their comrades to break through.

Academy of The Way

You are a student of The Way, an ancient philosophy which combines the arts of war with marital arts. Through honing your mind, body, and soul, you are able to master mystical Techniques which you use alongside your tactical skills.

Arcane Commander

While most Wizards focus their studies solely on the arcane arts, those known as Arcane Commanders supplement their magical studies with tactical knowledge. A difficult Tradition to truly master, these rare Wizards are a terror to behold on the field of battle. Often, they find themselves in the service
of great monarchs and conquerors, leading their armies with a unique combination of arcane magic and tactical acumen.

Arcane Marksman

In worlds where explosive black powder has been discovered, there is a strange Tradition of Wizards who learn to combine arcane magic with these deadly weapons. Known as Arcane Marksmen, these rare Wizards are known for their signature Enchanted Firearm that they use to fire powerful spells.

Necromage

You are a student of the dark arts of Necromancy. Practicing ancient and forbidden rites, you can use dark magic to create powerful Undead Thralls that serve you with absolute loyalty. As you grown in knowledge and power, you can conjure and control ever more powerful Thralls, though you must temper your desire for power with the risk of losing control.

Spellslinger

In high magic societies, noble disputes are often settled with spell duels. The rules vary from culture to culture, but often, the Wizard to cast the first spell finds themselves victorious. The Wizards known as Spellslingers eschew the traditional schools of magical study to instead focus on their potency in spell duels, even developing their own style of spellcasting.

Enchanter

Enchantment is the magic of manipulation, both of creatures and objects. You have dedicated yourself to mastery of the art of beguiling words and deceptive magics. While other seek to overcome their foes with overwhelming force, you follow the more subtle path of manipulation and deception.

Ferromancer

You are a master of the rare talent of Ferromancy, the ability to magically control and manipulate metals and alloys. Using this powerful metallic magic, you create, ward, and destory.

Hydromancer

You are a student of the element of life, water. Understanding its flows and states, you can bend the arcane power of waters of overwhelm your foes with torrential waves and frigid frost. Wizards of this primordial Tradition often find work aboard sailing vessels and in coastal towns and settlements.

Metamage

Rather than plumb the depths of one school of arcane magic, the Wizards who pursue the Metamage Tradition learn every- -thing they can about the basics of magic: the minor effects of the Weave, the small magic of Cantrips, and subtle changes to spells in the form of sorcerous Metamagic.

Navigator

You have specialized in the dangerous magic of teleportation, the magic of movement. You have learned to use arcane arts to open cracks in reality to move quickly, reposition enemies, objects, and allies, and eventually unleash deadly energies.

Onomancer

Onomancers are a secretive sect of Wizard, often persecuted due to the power of their magic. They study the magic innate in the True Name of a creature and use it to manipulate their enemies and servants with arcane magic. For mortals, a True Name is the name given at birth in their native language, but for immortal and extraplanar beings, their True Name is the name that was given to them at their creation. Both mortals and immortals alike jealously guard their True Names.

Shadowmaster

Students of the dark arts, Wizards of this Tradition bind dark shadows to their bidding, shaping them into sinister Thralls. Unlike traditional Necromancers, these dark Wizards prefer to have a few strong servants rather than conjure the endless hordes of undead typical of evil students of the arcane.

Summoner

A subset of the Conjurer Tradition, Summoners are Wizards who specialize in binding extraplanar entities to their whims. As their knowledge of this arcane art increases, so does their ability to control summoned creatures, the most powerful can even control multiple different entities at one time.

Umbramancer

You are a scholar of the dark and sinister art of Umbramancy, the magic of shadow manipulation. You use this vile magic to animate your own shadow, infuse it with your arcane power, shaping it into unnatural shapes which enhance your natural abilities. You twist your shadow to defend yourself, capture magic, and assault your foes with its deadly power.

Weaver

Exceedingly rare among Wizards, Weavers are practitioners of the arcane arts who also develop significant martial skills. Named for the ability to weave arcane spell and deadly blade together like the threads of a wondrous tapestry, Weavers can become whirlwind of spell power and flashing steel in battle.
